It is reported that professional inspection organizations conduct regular inspection of LPG cylinders every 4 years, qualified ones can continue to be used, and those without specified design years should be scrapped by professional organizations after 15 years.In daily work, special equipment safety inspectors will also check the cylinder filling units and cylinder inspection institutions.
In addition to strengthening safety inspection, provincial special equipment safety supervision organizations also improve the effectiveness of supervision by establishing information traceability system.Establish a traceable LIQUEFIED petroleum gas cylinder information system with two-dimensional code technology as the center to prevent illegal filling and uninspected cylinders, refurbishment of cylinders, and elimination of cylinders.
At present, 40% of the more than 1,000 LPG filling and loading stations in the province have established an information system. The system will automatically lock the gun to the unqualified gas cylinders to prevent the unqualified gas cylinders from flowing into the market again. It is expected that the entire province will establish an information traceability system for LPG before the end of the year.
